Profusion can offer a number of different approaches to Change Management within an organisation. The methodology can be offered in a number of different ways depending on the objectives of the organisation and HR department.
Here are a couple of options:
- A programme of workshops to give HR personnel the tools to integrate into their working practice with staff - these tools can be for use in workshop situations or on a one-to-one basis.
- A programme of workshops run (with/for HR) for staff who've been put at risk/offered redundancy - the programme will follow the 3-step solution with experiential workshops to include relevant exercises to prepare staff for change.
The main objectives are:
- to help the individual focus on their positive aspects - encourage them to focus on their skills, feel valued and empowered to make decisions that suit them and are therefore good for the organisation
- to help the individual prepare and implement change - help them find clarity around what they really want, help them prepare and write applications for new positions and prepare for interviews
