Picture This... is a relaxed and uplifting evening of fun, inspiration and celebration, focused around connecting with other positive individuals and creating what's commonly known as a vision board.
A vision board is a simple and powerful visualisation tool - a collage of powerful and inspiring words and images that truly resonate with you, represent the experiences you want to have, and give you a great feeling when you look at them. You may already know exactly what kind of life you want to experience, and you may be inspired by new ideas generated by words and images that you come across.
A vision board helps you manifest your dreams into physical reality by getting you to focus on the life that you want. When you consistently and frequently focus your attention on the things that you most desire, this influences your course of action and what physically manifests as your experience.
The next event is being held on Thursday 18th March from 1900 at the practice in St George, Bristol. If you want to grab one of the few spaces still available either call or complete the form below.
