Tailored solutions are based on 3 standard models:

 

1) Series of 3 workshops - run for key personnel within the business. Objective is to train personnel in the 3-step solution with specific tasks and activities that can be cascaded across the business as required.

2) Training programme - designed in conjunction with inhouse training department. Based on workshop approach, facilitation carried out with all relevant staff. Objective is to provide individuals with simple-to-use tools that can be integrated into their working day.  The introduction of the additional tasks and activities will lead to greater sense of wellbeing, improved working relationships and productivity.

3) Training programme plus business process integration. As above with the addition of formally integrating the new tasks and activities into the business processes that currently exist. Depending upon the current state of business process, this approach can greatly increase the efficiency and effectiveness of processes, leading to greater productivity per hour of work performed by staff and improved results.
