Kirsten has spent several years of practicing consciously creating desired reality, and guiding others to do the same, but has had an increasing sense that she was just skimming the surface and needed to go much deeper.

There was scope for this within the 3-step methodology, specifically the 2nd step - Discovery. This step invites you to explore what you truly want in your heart, rather than simply creating a reality based on what you've been conditioned to want (via the opinions of others, marketing and media influences.) And to follow instinct and intuition, and to learn to distinguish between ego and heart-driven desires. This is what makes the process of creating more conscious.

Following a powerful insight in March 2010, Kirsten set out on an experiment called Leap of Faith to see what could be manifested by suspending all normal activities and totally immersing herself in the practice, testing out aspects of the relevant philosophies and setting out to teach by example rather than just words.
